Camp Widjiwagon

SVLM joined forces with the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the YMCA and the Corp. of Engineers on utilizing water from Percy Priest Lake to irrigate over eighteen acres of sports fields for the Camp Widjiwagon at the Joe C. Davis Outdoor Center. We also provided the landscaping and irrigation around the new dining hall and nurse’s station.

Curb Event Center

SVLM provided all of the landscape installation for the Curb Event Center located on the Belmont University Campus, which hosted the third debate of the 2008 Presidential Elections.

Spring Hill Crossings

SVLM provided all of the landscape and irrigation installation for the fifty-two acre site known as Spring Hill Crossings. This is the premiere retail center in Spring Hill, Tennessee which features the Target Super Store and Kohl’s as the anchors, with a multitude of other retail stores and fine dining restaurants.

Fox Ridge Communities

SVLM has provided the irrigation and lighting installation services over the past two years for several Fox Ridge model homes and common areas in such communities as: Silver Stream, Paddock Place and Fountain Brooke.

Tennessee Department of Labor Headquarters

SVLM provided the erosion control, irrigation, and landscape installation for the new Tennessee Department of Labor Headquarters. This is a twenty acre site located in the Metro Center office development.
